Dr. Gillespie Lectures About Finger Fractures in Children
Dr. Bryce Gillespie gave a presentation to other hand surgeons at the Handemonium annual meeting about the nonsurgical and surgical treatment of pediatric proximal phalangeal neck fractures. These finger fractures are common in children and often require surgery. However, research from The Hand & Upper Extremity Center of Georgia has helped us understand when nonsurgical treatment may be successful for these injuries.
