Elbow Doctor
Our fellowship-trained and board-certified orthopedic elbow surgeons are known throughout Georgia and the Southeast for their specialized knowledge and training to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of elbow injuries and conditions in patients of all ages.
As a hinge joint, the elbow, or cubital joint, allows for the hand to move towards and away from our body. When we experience pain in the elbow, it can be the result of a traumatic injury or an overuse activity. Common sports-related overuse injuries, such as tennis elbow or golfer’s elbow, are the result of activities that require repetitive movements.
At The Hand & Upper Extremity Center of Georgia, our focus, experience, and training give us the expertise and skill to provide exceptional medical care for nearly every elbow injury or condition for adults as well as children. From a simple injury to a complex condition, we can assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for several injuries and conditions of the elbow including the following common elbow injuries and conditions.
